This notice explains how ReachIQ handles information collected through reachiq.com. It applies to the public website, including website visits and the contact and Intelligence Report forms.
Information collected
ReachIQ collects information that you choose to submit through the contact and Intelligence Report forms, such as your name, business contact details, company or brand information, marketplace context, and message. The forms are delivered by Pipedrive. When you visit the website, ReachIQ and its providers also collect information automatically through cookies, scripts, and similar technologies, such as IP address, browser and device identifiers, pages viewed, referring site, and visit timestamps.
Website visitor identification
ReachIQ uses RB2B, a website visitor identification service. RB2B uses cookies, device identifiers, and IP address information to recognize visits and match them with business information from its own data sources, including publicly available professional profiles. For visitors in the United States, this may identify an individual visitor and provide professional details such as name, job title, employer, company domain, and professional profile. For visitors outside the United States, RB2B provides company-level information only. ReachIQ uses this information to understand which businesses are interested in its services and to follow up with relevant outreach.
How information is used
ReachIQ uses submitted information and information about website visits to respond to inquiries, understand interest in its services, contact businesses and professionals who may benefit from them, evaluate whether its services fit a brand's needs, prepare requested marketplace follow-up, maintain business records, operate and secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. Information should not be submitted if it is not needed for those purposes.
Service providers and disclosure
ReachIQ may share information with providers that host the website, deliver forms, identify website visitors, support communications, or operate business systems on its behalf. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business transaction. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Retention and choices
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. You may ask ReachIQ to review, correct, or delete information you submitted or information it received about your visits, or ask ReachIQ not to use visitor identification information about you, subject to applicable exceptions. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which limits cookie-based recognition of your visits.
